TOUR ISLE OF HOPE

Isle of Hope’s architecture has a rich variety of styles with fine examples of Greek Revival, Victorian Eclectic, Gothic Revival, Italianate, Folk Cottage, and Plantation Style houses. As part of the celebration of the 275th anniversary of Isle of Hope’s settlement, longtime island residents Ruthie and Noel Wright and Polly Wylly Cooper prepared detailed summaries of the histories of Isle of Hope’s most historic houses.
